I would like to config de rowList parameter of the pager select box with the values and its associated labels .  I`d like to set an option with the value '-1' and its label 'All'.  Then, when my servlet receives de rows parameter with the '-1' value i'll respond with all the available rows.  It means, the user doesn't wants pagination and wants all the values in one page.

The rowList label parameter could be something like this:

    rowList: [10, [25, 'Twenty Five'], 40, [50, 'Fifty'], [75, 'Seventy Five'], [-1, 'All Values'] ]

When the value has no label associated the the label will be the value.
