        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#39;ve gotten a request from my users to provide a way to emulate MS Excel and &#39;freeze&#39; the headers so that they follow you down as you are scrolling the grid. So with a 100 row return/page as you scroll down the records the header scrolls down with you so you can always see what each column is without having to scroll back up.</p>
