<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">the current code have the option <strong>scrollOffset</strong> with the static&#160;value 18. I suggest to change the code so that it uses <strong>$.position.scrollbarWidth()</strong> method instead if it is defined. Alternatively one can includes the copy of the code (see <a href="https://github.com/jquery/jquery-ui/blob/1.10.1/ui/jquery.ui.position.js#L68-L89" target="_blank">here</a>) which jQuery UI uses and use the same detection inside of jqGrid code.</span></p>
