I know these features have been requested in the past  but I was wondering if there is an ETA for:

Delivering features of:

  1. Column headings that span multiple columns such as http://www.extjs.com/examples/..... 
  2. Group rows such as http://www.extjs.com/examples/.....oupsummary

As I really need these features soon, and am not skilled enough to implement them myself.
