<p>Many new jqGrid users download not all modules&#160;of jqGrid which they need. To make easy for the newcomer to start with jqGrid I suggest to check all modules on <a href="/blog/?page_id=6" target="_blank">the jqGrid download page</a> per default, exactly like <a href="http://jqueryui.com/download" target="_blank">jQuery UI download</a> do this. Advanced users will still be able to unselect unneeded modules.</p>
