        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#39;m really happy with jqGrid, the extensive functionality and excellent documentation (world-class!). <img class="spSmiley" style="margin:0" title="Smile" src="/blog/wp-content/plugins/simple-forum/tinymce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-smile.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" /></p>
<p>It would be great if there were an option to set the width of each column in the grid to "auto" - that is, it would be set to the length of the maximum cell value as is typically done with &#60;td/&#62;&#39;s in a table. It looks like the current code only allows a pixel width value to be set.</p>
