It would be nice to have a button say' Add record like previous' which when clicked, would open up the add pop up screen, with the same data as the previously added record. This would mean the user, would only need to modify certain bits of information instead of entering all the values again.

This is very useful if your grid has many many columns. It will save the user a lot of time.
