I'm experimenting with the grid's datatype function and scroll=1, the data is cached and processed on the client side, so there are no ajax calls dependant on the scroll events, meaning the grid can be requested at a higher frequency.

Would it be possible to have a parameter to allow adjusting this value?

Ideally, if this parameter was set to <=0, the grid would be updated immediately in the scrolling event, without a timer delay.
