In other frameworks & table libs formatters are only changing what is displayed

original value of data record stays unchanged.

If you tell me where to store the originnal value in order to display it later I will be happy to implemet your idea.

Why formatters are chaning original value of row data? what is the point of this?

In other frameworks & table libs formatters are only changing what is displayed

original value of data record stays unchanged.

Pls explain it to me what was the reason for such behaviour.

Because of formatters are working that way sorting and filtering is quite difficult, you have to either pass

additionall hidden column under diff name, or hidden column with same name ( and same data values ) after

first one ( in col model ) to overwrite changed values,

Can we add additonall param to colModel that will preserve original data changes?
