Is it possible to group column headers underneath a larger one?  

Example: I'd like to have Employee Name as the 1st column, then a group of three "Earnings" columns, looking like:

|                 |          Earnings          |
|    Emp Name     |    Q1   |    Q2   |   Q3   |
+- - - - - - - - -+- - - - -+- - - - -+- - - - |
|   Bill Wilson   |  10.00  |  20.00  |  10.00 |

It's primarily to save space, not have to repeat "earnings" three times.
