1. Search this forum to see what you can do. Mostly you will to customize this in style tag.

2. If your pane initially is hidden, the grid will not expand since the width of the hidden element is 0.

3. Again you will to play with the css predefinig the ui-state selected for the grid in your way.

4. So little information. Could not help.

5. Check your server responses - are they correct?

   I am new to Jqgrid, using the latest version of jqgrid with JSON data. I have some issues with jqgrid.

1. If my content is too long, inside the column its not fully visible. (word wrapping option is there in jqgrid? .)

2. The jqgrid width is not automatically exapand in right region, if we are using hide pane in the left region.

3. While selecting some rows in jqgrid (Muli-select - true), yellow color was highlighted, how can I  remove that color ? .

4. We have added some components (buttons) in the tool bar of the jqgrid using mygrid.toolbarButtonAdd(), but the alignment is not proper in IE 7 & 8 browsers. We need to use custom CSS? .

5. If I set the scroll=true in the jqgrid and set the rowNum=10, then dynamically change the rowNum as

var ids =jQuery("#syslogdetailstable").getDataIDs();
window._jQuery13("#syslogdetailstable").setGridParam({rowNum:ids.length});

In FF when I launch the grid first time, it displayed 10 records, if I scrolled it shows 11,12,.. up to all the recodrs in the JSON file. but for every scrolling the new id was created. So when I launch next time it will take more time to load the jqgrid. The "Loading.. " message was dispalyed long time. 

Pelase suggest me the ways to resolve the issues...
