Will be there conflict or it should be always upgraded jgrid version when it comes new JQuery version? Example: I'm using currently: 

JQuery 1.4.4. and need updated to Version 1.6

jqGrid 3.8.2 - jQuery Grid and need to update to jqGrid 4.2.0

1. What files or folders should be always updated that none application will fail? 
2. Can be some conflicts with updated jQuery and old version of jGrid?
