The first column is a description and the second is either a text input or a select. Basically I'm providing a properites grid for the user to edit Misc information.

On IE9, iPad Safari everything works as expected, however in Safari on OSX or Windows the text and selects are not editable, they're not greayed out or anything they just don't accept focus. Could this be a jqGrid bug?
