In my opinion focus should go to the next row in grid(first cell in next row).

When multiselect option is turn on the sequence is realy confusing. When the TAB is clicked at the last cell in row. Than it jump to focus first checbox of multiselect and then every next checbox in multiselect.

Such a behavior is in Opera 9.62

In other browsers focus stops at the end of row.
