There seems to be a problem with using the SearchRules and validations. When we said that the field is Number and choose the option "is in" it gives a error message saying that it needs to be a number. 

searchrules: { number: true}

The validation should have checked to see what type of search we were performing to realize that since is "is in" there is a "," needed for it to work and shouldn't give a error message.

I made a custom validation for the numeric fields to pass this issue.
