problem gone when I changed minified version to normal version of jqGrid. Actualy minified version is provided from trirand site and it is 3.7.2 version. I do not remember how I get normal version of jqGrid.

Why minified version behaviors is different than normal ? Later I will try to investigate if 3.8 version have same problem.

Sorry to9 say this, but your code has a lot of errors again.

You have a lot of unwanted commas at end of the properies.

Please correct it.

If the problem persisst please include the development of jqGrid (source code - not the minified one)

Are you sure you posted the whole code?

I see a lot of not needed " ,  " commas, which point me thet this is not the whole code.

The title attribute can not be set in serch Dialog

push button 'search', then in Data field input something, press '+' (multiple search), then select User field and select something, 
aggain press '+' and select Payd field and select something. Do filtering. Press Reset. 
Now we have field Data with selectable searching field instead of normal input field. 

version 3.7.2

And I`m may be wrong of using title in searchoptions (attr:{title:'xxx'}), but this title does not appear in search dialog.
