If you resize the edit record window so that the buttons are no longer visible and then try to expand the window again, the buttons won't come back. It seems that they for some reason are no longer within the area that is being resized. 

You can reproduce this issue by doing the following:

1. Go to http://trirand.com/blog/jqgrid.....qgrid.html
2. Click on "Live Data Manipulation" -> "Edit row"
3. Click on a row and click the "Edit Selected" button
4. Resize the "Edit Record" window so that the Submit and Cancel buttons are no longer visible (make sure you let go of the mouse)
5. Resize the window again, this time make it larger which should allow you to see the buttons again.
6. The buttons are not shown

If you click on another row and click the edit button again the buttons are still not shown.  I've tested in Chrome 21, FF 15 and IE 9, same behaviour. You can get the buttons back by reloading the page (I assume a reload of the grid would acheive the same thing). 

Not a major issue but can be annoying if you for example resize the window to see the current data in the grid before making a change and then is unable to proceed due to the buttons not being there anymore.
