the icons added by formatter: "actions" have strange hovering effect. One can see the effect on the official jqGrid demo under "Functionality" / "Formatter actions". If one hover "Edit" action button in any row the "Edit" icon and (!!!???) the "Delete" icon will be moved a little (on one pixel). No other jqGrid buttons have such effect on hovering.

I suggest to fix the problem by adding the following CSS

.ui-inline-del.ui-state-hover span, .ui-inline-edit.ui-state-hover span,
.ui-inline-save.ui-state-hover span, .ui-inline-cancel.ui-state-hover span {
    margin: -1px;
}
