Do you have set viewrecords : true in the subgrid? By default this is false.

Note: the demo project has the same problem. There is no row count (total rows) displayed and if there are 2 pages the pager doesn't display 1/ 2, it display just 1.

The pager's refresh and search button display no background and padding is off on the steel theme. Look at the sample Grid as subgrid.

Is there any way to fix this?
