During answering of one question on the stackoverflow.com I found out one problem in jqID. In the documentation of jQuery (see http://api.jquery.com/category.....selectors/ details
    return String(sid).replace(/[!"#$%&'()*+,.\/:;<=>?@\[\\\]\^`{|}~]/g,"\\$&");
} 

After the changes the previous demo work correct.

I will try to verify the text of jqID after the topic will saved in the forum and will fix the possible errors of the editor. Nevertheless to be sure I suggest to use the code of jqID directly from the jquery.jqGrid.src.jqID.js which I used in the demo.
