I found out there is a bug(typo) in the jqgrid-locale-no.js.

a.jgrid.formatter = {

integer : {

thousandsSeparator :

defaulValue : 0

},

It should be 'defaultValue'.

This will cause the default value setting failed and show 'undefined'.
