I thought that it's 4.4.5 so we have tested with that.

Currently only 4.4.5 are availible for download. Tony wrote that he will publish the next release 4.5 today later.

we have tried that option by upgrading the latest version. but still view records option shows non hidden columns(Columns which was not hidden using Column chooser).

Hello,

This is by design and not a bug.

Just now I have added a recreateForm parameter in viewGridRow metho.

In order to do what you want you will need to set this parameter to true in the method calling

or in navigator options.

This addition of curse will be avialble in the today release 4.5 of jqGrid.

we have a grid with Column Chooser and View Records options. At the first time if we click on the view records options it shows all the columns which is visible in the grid. But if we use columns chooser to hide few columns and enable it again, View record option shows only the non hidden columns(1. Visible columns in the grid, 2. Columns which was not hidden using Column chooser.). When i saw the dom elements, columns which was hidden using column chooser has been set to display none in the view records screen. also the property of the columns was still hidden after it is shown in grid.
