We have fixed this for Safari browser (which I suppose is not normal desktop browser 😉 ). Please look at this solution

If you are looking for an example, go to the jqGrid demo page (http://trirand.com/blog/jqgrid.....qgrid.html) then Row Editing (new) - Basic Example. 

When on IOS7, when you click Edit Row 13 then Save Row 13, the row will not exit edit mode.
On IOS6 and all the normal desktop browsers it works as expected.
