According to the documentation the default value is 150px. If you set height to a value, such as '400px', you will see a horizontal scrollbar (assumming there is a vertical scrollbar). If you set the height to '400', it works as expected and there is no horizontal scrollbar.

This is either a documentation issue (ie. the docs should say the height is just a number), or there is an issue with computing the layout.
