<p>Just have make the first column hidden in the example listed from you.</p>
<p>You can see it online in the demo here. For me there is no problem</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>While I was trying to do some grouping examples from <a href="http://trirand.com/blog/jqgrid/jqgrid.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><a href="http://trirand.com/blog/jqgrid" rel="nofollow">http://trirand.com/blog/jqgrid</a>.....qgrid.html</a> I came across a weird UI bug. It seems like whenever there is a column with "hidden : true" that the grid tries to draw an extra column of rows while which makes the right side of the grid look out of whack. This can be easily reproduced by taking like the "Summary Footers" from the grouping seciton of <a href="http://trirand.com/blog/jqgrid/jqgrid.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><a href="http://trirand.com/blog/jqgrid" rel="nofollow">http://trirand.com/blog/jqgrid</a>.....qgrid.html</a> and just making the first column hidden.&#160;</p>

<p>Is there any way to fix this?</p>
