I curerntly use Download Accelerator from SpeedBit as download manager,  I don't know if that's replicable with others apps also.

Anyway...while downloading Jquery grid I've experienced some strange behavior.

Download was ok but for some reason jquery.jqGrid.min.js couldn't be generated so I ended up with an empty js folder except for jquery itself.

I spent some time before finding out what the problem was, so I think it could be worth to search for solutions to this problem.
