Initially I think that you mean 3.4.x version.

Also the bug is fixed and you can download the fix from GitHub.

Hi,

I think it is not necessary to post my code.

on the demo page (http://www.trirand.com/jqgrid3.....qgrid.html

Live Data Manipulation\\Navigator) click "Add new row button" (remember caption, it is "Add record"), then click "Edit selected row" button and caption remains "Add record".

refresh page, and do same actions, but first click "Edit selected row", then "add"

caption will be "Edit record" in both cases

If first click add button, then form with 'add record' will show,

then click edit button, 'add record' caption still remains.

If first click edit button then 'edit record' always will be in a caption.

In 'first click' I mean click right after grid load on navgrid toolbar buttons.

'addCaption' and 'editCaption' the same behavior

Another words, caption of formedid dialog not changes after it first initialization
