Figured out the problem. Really weird how aspnet treats the href in the link tag differently from src in the script tag. I had also moved my jqGrid directory when upgrading to build 11 and the problem was that it was not loading the grid's css file.

Just updated to 3.5 Beta Build 11 and now when a page with a grid renders, it looks like it's ending with a greyed out div over the whole visible part of the page. I can't click anything. If I scroll down, I can use those parts of the page at the bottom. The grid does load it's data.
